While over at Mediatakeout, I saw this pic and the sight of it left me wondering.  With all of the excessive spending and bailouts that’s occurred over the last few months, you would think  pics like this would be a thing of the past for some. Not that I ever laughed at anything like this  ,but situations such as these are really not laughing matters anymore.
